When can I expect my order?
If you’re ordering from The Netherlands, you can count on our fast shipping: delivered within 1-2 business days! For Belgium, please allow for a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
The expected delivery time has passed; where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can occasionally happen that an order is delayed during the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the Track & Trace link sent to your email.
Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your Track and Trace code.
