Return Policy:

At BOXR Underwear you can return your order within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts on the day after you, or a third party appointed by you, received the product. Please return the products unworn, unwashed and undamaged, preferably in the original packaging. Keep your proof of shipment until we have processed the return.

You can try the products of BOXR Underwear to the same extent you would in a physical store. If a product has been handled more than is necessary to assess it, for example if it is incomplete, damaged, washed, or shows signs of wear, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value from your refund.

Return costs are at your own expense. The costs depend on the country you return from and are usually between €4 and €9. You can see the exact amount in our returns portal.

We refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs of your original order, within 14 days after you register your return. You can also use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of service.

Exchanges are no problem at all. With our Fit guarantee, you can exchange once for a different size, free of charge. Otherwise, the same conditions apply as for returns.

A hole in your clothing within 6 months? With our Hole-free guarantee, we replace it for free. Just contact our customer service.
